What the role is:
DEPUTY / ASSISTANT PROGRAMME PLANNING MANAGER
What you will be working on:
You will be involved in managing the programme for major infrastructure projects. You will also be supporting the project planning, reviewing the contractor’s programmes, progress monitoring and reporting against baseline, coordination, scenario studies and mitigation analysis.
In addition, you will be exposed to different scheduling software and in-house project planning and control practices / techniques.
What we are looking for:
• Knowledge in Civil, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Organised and meticulous with the ability to work independently
• A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects and programme management using software such as Primavera Project Management (P6) will be considered for a senior position
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.

Contract Logistics Distribution Transport Planning Specialist You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the planning of our distribution operations.Your RoleYou will be a key member of a dynamic operational team that is responsible for the efficient execution of distribution in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.Your ResponsibilitiesThe activities needed to deliver these objectives include: To work closely with both warehouse + distribution teams, ensuring efficient transport plans are produced in line with timelines + customer requirements. To assist in achieving key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit. You will have access to state of the art systems + tools, to continually challenge the status quo to deliver improvements. To support all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating with others as required. To actively support new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
