Assistant Manager – FCL Trade Management – Freight Forwarding - APAC
Due to our growth expansion plans, DP World is seeking for a Assistant FCL Manager for Trade Management across APAC. In this role, the Assistant FCL Manager will be responsible for negotiation of competitive rates and surcharges with carriers, including port-to-port rates and named accounts. This involves managing and responding to tenders and contracts for local, regional, and global customers. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant Logistics/Supply Chain experience with good knowledge of Ocean Freight
Possess in-depth knowledge of carriers’ functions
Acquired knowledge of General shipping matters e.g. Operations, Customer Service, documentation, claims, clearance etc
Well-versed in Software knowledge in MS Office
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze problems effectively and find the best solutions
