We are seeking an experienced M&E Designer/Drafter to join our team. This is a key role that involves the creation of 3D CAD models and 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape, and interior design.

• Develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings
• Assist in coordinating M&E services drawings
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior to submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings/documentation
• Discuss ideas or issues with team members verbally and in writing

This position requires an individual with strong technical skills and experience in creating detailed designs and drawings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles and software applications such as AUTOCAD.

• Engineering Diploma or equivalent required

Technical Design Specialist
