Position Overview:
We're hiring a Developer Relations Engineer to be the technical bridge between the protocol and the growing ecosystem of builders integrating with it. You'll empower teams by improving developer tooling, supporting integrations, maintaining open-source resources, and advocating for developer needs. If you're passionate about helping others build, love solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, so this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve open-source SDKs and tooling that interface with the protocol's smart contracts
  • Provide responsive, high-quality technical support to ecosystem developers (especially during US Eastern hours)
  • Collaborate with APAC teammates to ensure global 24/7 developer coverage
  • Build new tools, documentation, examples, and features to reduce integration friction
  • Serve as both an internal advocate for developers and an external evangelist for the protocol
  • Participate in community calls, events, and technical discussions to foster adoption and feedback
Job requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Proven experience as a developer, ideally in a fast-paced or startup-like environment

  • Managing reservations through phone calls, emails and other forms of communications
  • Ensuring there are no overlapped reservations, and that tables are ready before the guests arrive
  • Responding to any guest enquiries and requests
  • Warmly welcoming every guest that enters the restaurant
  • Addressing guests by name, recognize any special occasions mentioned and pass on the information to the team to personalise guests' experience
  • Assigning guests to designated seats as per seating plan
  • Taking initiative to check on guests regularly to make sure that their needs are met

Join our pioneering team in Singapore Dingdong Maicai is expanding its B2B fresh grocery delivery model (successfully proven in Dubai) to serve Singapore's F&B sector. We're building a dedicated supply chain to deliver fresh produce, groceries, and condiments to businesses (e.g., restaurants, canteens).

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist Located in Singapore. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations and engagement, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

In this role you will be responsible for.

1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and handling related procedures, including but not limited to assisting with the signing/renewal of labor contracts, timely completion of various insurance contributions, and payroll processing/Responsible for the application and maintenance of Work Pass;

2. Coordinate labor relations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee concerns, and providing timely feedback and resolution;

3. Initiatively identify any employment relations cases that have potential regulatory conduct rule breaches and proactively escalate such matters to the relevant departments to coordinate resolution strategies;

4. Ensure HR and Employment Law knowledge is up to date and advice is given in line with law and best practice and provide guidance on HR policies, practices and procedures;

5. Provide other support as needed within the Employee Relations team for projects and peak capacity periods as well as broader HR team priorities;

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations ora similar HR role, or equivalent experience:
