Key Responsibilities:- Managing daily maintenance and operations to maintain optimal property conditions.

A Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications is also required.

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our property systems and facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendors and contractors, overseeing solar power systems, and maintaining hydro farming facilities.
In this role, you will promote and support the integration of green technologies within the property and plan and execute periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
You will also support the operations team with technical aspects of the properties and ensure all installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components
- Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, façades, and landscaped areas
- Support or lead minor development projects (e.g., EV charger installation, solar panel installation, façade repainting)
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables for project success
- Oversee solar power systems including monitoring output, maintenance scheduling, and issue resolution

The Property Operations Manager will lead a team to ensure building systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations, while driving energy-saving initiatives. This includes planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendors and contractors, monitoring energy consumption, and implementing cost-effective efficiency strategies.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop their team members. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions quickly when necessary.
The Property Operations Manager will report directly to the (insert supervisor's name) and will be responsible for managing the M&E operational budget. They will work closely with other departments, including finance, human resources, and facilities management, to ensure seamless operation of the building.
