Key Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including chilled water piping, fan coil units, and CRAH units, as well as perform system testing and commissioning.
- Install control wiring and main power cables for HVAC and ventilation-related equipment.
- Conduct routine internal inspections-daily, weekly, and monthly and perform generator tests.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on data centre HVAC and ventilation systems, including cooling towers, pumps, CRAH units, fan walls, FCUs, condensers, and MV fans.
- Carry out component cleaning, lubrication of fans, bearings, motors, and pumps, and perform alignment and vibration inspections.
- Respond to BMS alarms and support operational technicians in alarm resolution and system resets.
- Maintain up-to-date asset lists, procedures, inspection records, and capacity reports; prepare annual/monthly maintenance schedules and facilities documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
