• Gather and prepare parts and subassemblies according to blueprint specifications.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measuring devices.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Setup: Ensure all equipment is properly set up and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to identify any potential issues and take corrective action.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and software teams to optimize system design and ensure seamless operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience (3-4 years) in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
• Electro-Mechatronic Systems: Possess good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems, enabling effective integration and optimization.
• Experience: Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, particularly with AOI/Vision Inspection machines, is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues efficiently.
• Travel Requirements: Able to travel overseas for field support when required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks on workpieces in accordance with technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Implement and uphold 5S practices on the production floor, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and work areas remain clean and organized.
• Perform a variety of welding operations including MIG, TIG and Arc welding.
