We are seeking a skilled Arts and Music Programme Administrator to manage the daily operations of our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining the centre's common areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and other written communications.
- Maintain the centre's common areas, including the reception area, classrooms, and break-out rooms.
- Assist the Centre Manager in all matters at the centre, including staff supervision and conflict resolution.
- Maintain petty cash records and submit regular reports to the Centre Manager.
- Collect assessment fees and term fees from students and issue receipts.
- Receive applications for assessment or term fees and process them efficiently.
**Requirements**
- A degree in arts, music, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
