You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and implement strategic partnerships with the cybersecurity industry on behalf of the whole of Government. Develop, periodically monitor and review performance indicators of measuring the partnerships.
Engage Government agencies on their capabilities needs and gaps, ensuring that both current and future capabilities requirements are met.
Implement governance and oversight processes to safeguard Government’s interests.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of policy and programmes.
Research on and engage with stakeholders on industry cybersecurity capabilities areas.
Requirements
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably in IT or engineering, with strong interest in cybersecurity ecosystem and technologies
Must possess at least 4-6 years of experience in strategic partnership management/ cybersecurity industry/ governance and/or government procurement.
Must possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience, managing small teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
Meticulous planning skills and ability to analyse issue with clarity and present balanced arguments.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders (including senior/middle management and industry stakeholders)

What we are looking for

What The Role Is
You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop the cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. Your mission will be to support the Director of the CSA Academy in uplifting Singapore’s cybersecurity capabilities through programmes on skills and talent development. You will work with internal and external stakeholders such as the employers, government agencies, institutes of higher learning, industry associations and training providers to drive deep skills training and competency development of the cybersecurity workforce.

You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop the cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. Your mission will be to support the Director of the CSA Academy in uplifting Singapore’s cybersecurity capabilities through programmes on skills and talent development. You will work with internal and external stakeholders such as the employers, government agencies, institutes of higher learning, industry associations and training providers to drive deep skills training and competency development of the cybersecurity workforce.
Responsibilities
What you will be working on
Uplift the technical cybersecurity competency of existing cybersecurity professionals in CSA, the Government and the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) sectors via contextualised cybersecurity technical training courses in areas where commercial training is limited
Enhance CSA and public service officers’ appreciation of CSA and the Government’s cybersecurity functions and deepen their understanding of wider and emerging national cybersecurity issues via the CSA Milestone programmes
Lead national efforts in cybersecurity competency frameworks that guide professionals in their career pathway, training and skills development via the review, evaluation and endorsement of cybersecurity courses and certifications
Support director in setting and driving CSA academy’s overall vision, mission, strategic goals
Requirements
What we are looking for
At least 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity and skills/curriculum development teams
Relevant tertiary qualification in cybersecurity, computer science or engineering
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, OSCP, CCNP, CISA, Cloud certifications) and training and adult education certifications (e.g. ACLP, ACTA) would be advantageous
Track record in analysing information, formulating strategies, conceptualising initiatives and driving actions
Experience in leading a medium-sized team
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, and able to engage senior/middle management and industry stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
