School Maintenance Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing term-specific cyclical maintenance across all school locations with a focus on timely responses to service requests. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain equipment in working order, schedule urgent repairs, and develop a robust maintenance regime.

Key responsibilities include formulating practical and achievable maintenance policies, adopting technology and software to manage repairs, expenses, and budgeting, and supervising a growing maintenance team. Additionally, the role involves overseeing regular inspections, assigning repair schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building & Material Management or equivalent, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in interior fitout works. Previous experience in a multi-location environment and sound technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and M&E (AC) are highly desirable.
