The Role
This role is to ensure the design and execution of residential development projects (landed and high-rise projects) by providing all round professional expertise to ensure on-time and within budget delivery.
• Manage pre-construction design process with architects and consultants to achieve design and development objectives. This includes the designing of unit layouts and unit interiors.
• Manage consultants on regulatory consultations and submissions for compliance / certifications or appropriate waivers.
• Responsible for the building contract tendering process and overall project supervision to ensure the construction of a quality product which meets commercial objectives
• Manage post construction matters like DLPs and sales launch. This includes the design and building of showflat and relevant marketing materials.
• Manage Interior Design of built units so as to enhance its value
• Manage entire Defects Liability cycle of new built units
Skills & Experience
• Relevant University or Polytechnic qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management and/ or Construction Management, combined with an advanced knowledge of role.
• 5 - 8 years (Manager) / 2 - 5 years (Assistant Manager) experience in project and design management within Residential Development in Singapore. On Site experience and / or interior design experience will be advantageous.
• Independent with Self Starter ability. Strong Project Management, Complex Problem solving and organising skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties
