We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture to lead our regional IT architecture strategy. This leadership role will drive architectural governance, technology roadmaps, and digital capabilities aligned with DP World’s global IT strategy. The ideal candidate will champion a cloud-first, data-driven, and agile architecture approach, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a unified enterprise architecture aligned with global and regional business goals.
- Translate business needs into scalable, resilient, and future-ready architecture frameworks.
- Enable technology alignment across ports, logistics, and trade operations.
- Establish and lead governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, interoperability, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Drive accountability and manage architectural exceptions.
- Define and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Identify capability gaps and propose future-proof solutions.
- Balance strategic goals with near-term operational needs.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native, API-first, and data-centric architectures.
- Embed AI, automation, IoT, and advanced analytics into architecture designs.
- Promote agile and DevSecOps delivery models.
- Translate enterprise architecture into actionable solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Provide oversight to major digital programs to ensure architectural alignment.
- Track and optimize architecture outcomes.
- Act as the primary advocate for architecture vision across business and IT leaders.
- Clearly articulate architectural value and influence executive decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration between business and IT.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, combined with proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture leadership.
- Track record leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data strategy, integration, and architecture governance.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, API-led architectures, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA, LeanIX).
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, especially at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-regional collaboration.

Sets the mission and vision of the infrastructure, DevOps, and Corp IT organization to foster a business-oriented mindset driven by continual service improvement.
Leads the development of strategies and roadmap, and ensures its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
Overseeing the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based services and solutions.
Works with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
Re-imagine ways of working. Engage the entire businesses to re-imagine the way work gets done and how new products and services are brought to market, all enabled by Cloud technologies.
Integrate. Consider how to integrate the Cloud through infrastructure and networking solutions to connect, optimize, and manage Cloud solutions across a wide choice of platforms.
Ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
Monitoring cloud system performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing resource utilization
Managed services. Ensure the use of Cloud is secure, resilient, compliant, cost effective, and properly service managed.
Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services.
Manages annual OPEX and CAPEX budget for infrastructure, devops and corp IT to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support.
Staying abreast of cloud technology trends, emerging tools, and industry developments.
Providing guidance on cloud governance, compliance, and risk management.
Directs the development of sourcing strategy and provides executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.
Managing cloud service providers, contracts, and relationships.
Developing and implementing cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage central teams to deploy and operate the physical data center, cloud, and database infrastructure across the organization, watching over all aspects of Infrastructure health.
Implement process improvements and inform best practices in production operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years of technical and management experiences in Infrastructure, Network and Cloud Operations at scale
Preferably 5+ years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)
Technical background in Public / Private Cloud, ITSM, BC / DR, Virtualization, Network (LAN & WAN), Storage (SAN & NAS), Windows Servers, Linux, Unix, Containers, Firewalls, Modern Workplace technologies and any other infrastructure related areas
Knowledge of IT security frameworks, measures, and technologies (e.g., Cloud, On-premise, Operating Systems, Application Software, Middleware, Databases)
Good communication and stakeholders’ management skills on all levels
Able to identify opportunities to transform and drive changes to realize the organization’s objectives
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate Tech Infrastructure, DevOps, and corp IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.

Job Description
This is a key senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Digital and Tech Officer and leading the team responsible for infrastructure modernization and transformation. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of key transformation objectives and will partner with all social enterprises to balance both business alignment and centralized technology products and services across the organization. The goal is to meet the unique needs of specific lines of business and also meet the demand to leverage global economies of scale across the firm.
Job Description

Main Responsibilities
Leading the organization's cloud infrastructure strategy and implementation.
Sets the mission and vision of the infrastructure, DevOps, and Corp IT organization to foster a business-oriented mindset driven by continual service improvement.
Leads the development of strategies and roadmap, and ensures its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
Overseeing the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based services and solutions.
Works with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
Re-imagine ways of working. Engage the entire businesses to re-imagine the way work gets done and how new products and services are brought to market, all enabled by Cloud technologies.
Integrate. Consider how to integrate the Cloud through infrastructure and networking solutions to connect, optimize, and manage Cloud solutions across a wide choice of platforms.
Ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
Monitoring cloud system performance, analyzing trends, and optimizing resource utilization
Managed services. Ensure the use of Cloud is secure, resilient, compliant, cost effective, and properly service managed.
Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services.
Manages annual OPEX and CAPEX budget for infrastructure, devops and corp IT to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support.
Staying abreast of cloud technology trends, emerging tools, and industry developments.
Providing guidance on cloud governance, compliance, and risk management.
Directs the development of sourcing strategy and provides executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.
Managing cloud service providers, contracts, and relationships.
Developing and implementing cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage central teams to deploy and operate the physical data center, cloud, and database infrastructure across the organization, watching over all aspects of Infrastructure health.
Implement process improvements and inform best practices in production operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years of technical and management experiences in Infrastructure, Network and Cloud Operations at scale
Preferably 5+ years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)
Technical background in Public / Private Cloud, ITSM, BC / DR, Virtualization, Network (LAN & WAN), Storage (SAN & NAS), Windows Servers, Linux, Unix, Containers, Firewalls, Modern Workplace technologies and any other infrastructure related areas
Knowledge of IT security frameworks, measures, and technologies (e.g., Cloud, On-premise, Operating Systems, Application Software, Middleware, Databases)
Good communication and stakeholders’ management skills on all levels
Able to identify opportunities to transform and drive changes to realize the organization’s objectives
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate Tech Infrastructure, DevOps, and corp IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units.
Expertise in budget planning and financial management preferably with showback and/or chargeback models.
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily.
Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage resources internal and external to the enterprise
Ability to drive organizational change and build infrastructure capabilities that effectively balance the need to continuously exploit capabilities
Strong experience with major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, etc.).
Strong understanding of cloud security.
Relevant experience in infrastructure modernization and management
