What you will be responsible for:
- Warehouse Management: Develop warehouse management, safety management, and delivery management policies according to company requirements, and manage the business and daily operations of third-party warehouse management companies.
- Logistics Delivery: Oversee global logistics management and delivery, including logistics management in cross-border OEM operations. Clarify key information related to logistics, transportation, production permits, global tax rates, and make accurate decisions and executions.
- Delivery Planning: Based on sales forecasts and demand, production capacity, yield rates, and key material constraints, schedule the master production plan (components & finished products) and update it continuously. Control and monitor the execution of the plan, follow up on and address production process issues. Track the actual delivery status of outsourced orders, analyze and assess the actual capacity of subcontractors, and encourage them to adjust capacity to ensure that production and shipping plans are met.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain capacity data for each subcontractor, regularly inspect and verify their capacity, and conduct risk assessments. Identify capacity risks early and issue warnings, driving resolution. Evaluate the production delivery performance of subcontractors and work to improve their delivery capabilities.
- Material Coordination: Oversee the material coordination for subcontractor work orders, ensuring that material arrivals match production plans and that production starts on time according to schedule.
- Exception Management: Monitor production bottlenecks according to the production plan, coordinate resources to meet delivery demands, and ensure timely and accurate feedback on delivery information. In the event of significant exceptions, organize meetings with relevant parties to determine solutions and monitor the progress until the issues are resolved.
- Inventory Management (Material Inventory Control and Optimization): Optimize material requirement calculation parameters and release accurate material requirement plans (PR). Develop inventory strategies for different levels of materials, optimize inventory structure, monitor sub-warehouse inventory levels, regularly analyze the rationality of material inventory, and issue warnings for stagnant materials, encouraging the relevant personnel to address stagnant inventory.
