What You'll Be Doing:
Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Ensure that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
Help administer the performance management process.
Partner with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company's unique culture and build awareness of the company as a great place to work.
Well know how to measure the EES and hands-on related program landing.
What We Look For In You:
Bachelor's degree and above. 10+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally in product and engineering, in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a big heart.
Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
